Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) requires the services of qualified, highly talented and self-motivated Pakistani Nationals against the following positions, purely on contract basis, initially for a period of one year (extendable up to a maximum period of three years subject to satisfactory performance and requirements of the programme):


SR. NO. POST/ SPS/AGE/ VACANCIES REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1. Director General (Internal Audit)

• Grade: SPS-20 
• Vacancy: 01 
• Age Limit: 37-45 years 
• Place of Posting: Islamabad Quota: Merit 

Qualification & Experience: A Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience in senior executive position supervising audit of public/ private entities funded by GoP/ Donors Organizations/ International Financial Institutions/ Aid agencies. Detailed TORs can be downloaded from wvvw.biso.cov.pk. Salary: Rs. 450.000/- lump sum with annual increment equivalent to employees of SPS-20 in the Programme.

2. Director (Board Coordination)

• Grade: SPS-19 
• Vacancy:01 
• Age Limit: 32-40 years 
• Place of Posting: Islamabad 
• Quota: Merit 

Qualification: Sixteen years of Education in Management Sciences, Business/ Public Administration. Law. Social Sciences or related field with a minimum of 15 years of work experience as Board Secretary in Public/ Private/ Corporate Sector. Detailed TORs can be downloaded from www.bisn.gov.pk. Salary: Rs. 350,000/- lump sum with annual increment equivalent to employees of SPS-19 in the Programme.

• Candidates in Government Service must resign from their job atthe time of joining.
